I have been trying to find a way to share my story, (storie’s’) without betraying the confidence of those I love and care about, who are not ready to speak about their experiences publicly, in any way. Some refuse to accept that they are changed, and suffering. I hope that by posting anonymously, I can still get my feelings heard. Military Minds is a non for profit organization with that being said, there is cost to keeping us afloat. With no financial sponsorship or no donations coming in, I am the one who has to tap the cost of running this, unfortunately I have minimal funds and can no longer go on without the sales of shirts, as it is to much for my family to endure. I feel strongly about getting the message out and keeping it... 
Just wanted to send a message from my point of view – as a fiance of a soldier with PTSD and as a civilian. I could not be more proud of Mazen for saying what he needed to say to be heard. He hasn’t come out and said anything until now. I still don’t know what has fully happened in Afghanistan, but he does talk to me and he does share with me what he can. I know it has been hard for him...
